General Conditions and Rules of Morrissey Artwork Competition

By submitting an image to the Morrissey Artwork Competition users agree to comply with the terms and conditions detailed below.

Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name in all media for publicity purposes with out any further compensation.

Prizes: Entries and prizes are non-transferrable. No substitutions are allowed.

In consideration of the prizes you hereby irrevocably licence to Polydor/Decca Limited with full title guarantee all rights (including copyright) in your artwork entry for the duration of all such rights for the world. You hereby confirm that we can use the artwork created by you in all media whether now known or hereafter developed and give all such consents as may be necessary to enable us to exploit the artwork and that we may alter the same if circumstances require it. Such licence shall be exclusive.

You are free to licence to us the rights under this agreement

You warrant and indemnify us that the artwork is original and that no other party has rights in the same.

You agree not to enforce your moral rights against us or our licensees.

If you are a minor (i.e. under the age of 18 years old) the signatory below shall be you parent or legal guardian and the signatory warrants that they have the right and authority to sign on behalf of and bind you.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Deadline for image entries is 19 January 2008.
